1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Ivan Struhár (“TravView”, “we”, “us”), who operates the TravView app and this website.

By creating an account or using TravView, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and forms part of this agreement.

2. Who can use TravView

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • If you create a business account, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business.
  • You must give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.

3. Your account

You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your password private, and tell us at support@travview.com if you think someone else has got into it.

You may not share your account, sell it, or let someone else use it to get around a restriction we have placed on them.

4. Content you post

You must have the right to post it

You may only post videos, photos, captions and reviews that you own or otherwise have the right to post. Do not upload someone else's content — another business's videos, photos taken from the internet, music you do not have a licence for, or anything else that is not yours to share.

You must also have the consent of anyone clearly identifiable in your videos or photos.

You keep ownership

Your content stays yours. By posting it, you give us permission to host, store, copy, display and distribute it inside TravView so that the app can work — for example showing your video in the feed, on your business page, or in search results. This permission ends when you delete the content, apart from copies that remain in routine backups for a short period.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something on TravView infringes your copyright, email support@travview.com with a link to the content and proof of your rights. We will look into it and remove content where the complaint is justified.

5. Reviews

Reviews only work if people can trust them. When you write one:

  • It must be based on a genuine, first-hand experience of that place.
  • Do not post fake reviews — whether positive or negative.
  • Do not write reviews for your own business, or for a competitor.
  • Do not accept payment or anything else in exchange for a review.
  • Do not post offensive, abusive, hateful or harassing content, and keep personal details of other people out of it.
  • Photos you attach must be your own and must be of that place.

Reviews are checked by our team before they go public. If you see a review that breaks these rules, you can report it in the app and we will look at it.

6. Business accounts

  • Approval is required. Business accounts and the videos they upload are reviewed by our team before tourists can see them. We may approve or refuse an account at our discretion.
  • Your business details — name, type of place, locations and addresses — must be accurate and must describe a real business you are entitled to represent.
  • You are responsible for the videos, captions and photos you upload, and for making sure they fairly represent your place.
  • Do not ask for, incentivise or post fake reviews of your own business, and do not try to have genuine negative reviews removed simply because they are negative.
  • We may remove a business page, a location or a video if it breaks these terms, and we may withdraw approval at any time.

7. What is not allowed

Do not use TravView to:

  • Post anything unlawful, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or that harasses or endangers someone.
  • Impersonate another person or business.
  • Post spam, scams, misleading claims, or repetitive promotional content.
  • Break into, overload, scrape or interfere with the service or anyone else's account.
  • Use bots or automated means to create accounts, inflate video views, or post content.
  • Get around any limit, block or removal we have applied.

8. Moderation and enforcement

We review business accounts, business videos and reviews before they are published, and we look at content that gets reported.

We may remove any content, and suspend or delete any account, if we believe it breaks these terms or harms other people using TravView. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why. For serious or repeated breaches, or where the law requires it, we may act immediately and without notice.

If you think we got it wrong, reply to us at support@travview.com and we will take another look.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account whenever you like, in the app under Settings → delete account, or by emailing support@travview.com from the address on your account. What this removes is set out in our Privacy Policy.

We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we stop offering the service.

10. The service is provided as it is

TravView is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep it running well, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

Content on TravView comes from businesses and from other users, not from us. We check content before publishing it, but we cannot guarantee that every video, caption, review or business detail is accurate, current or complete. Decisions you make based on what you see in the app — where to eat, stay or visit — are your own.

11. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or opportunities, or for loss arising from content posted by businesses or other users.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use TravView after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the law of Serbia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
